Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of Returns
Items must be in like new condition with all original packaging. We cannot accept returns that show heavy wear or modification.

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@swellnoise.com with your order number and a short explanation of the issue. We will reply with the next steps.

Return Shipping
If the pedal arrives defective or we made an error, we will cover the return shipping.
If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is your responsibility.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the funds to appear.

Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange, just let us know when you reach out. We are happy to help you find the right fit.

Non Returnable Items
Gift cards are not eligible for return.
Custom or limited experimental items may have unique return rules which will be stated in the product description.
